ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At Sanaa Bin Hussein Couture, we specialize in custom-made couture, bridal gowns, traditional embroidered thobes, and luxury fashion.

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases are final sale, including ready-to-wear, custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order garments.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, sizing changes, or color preferences.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design details, measurements, fabrics, and colors before production begins.

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually based on the stage of production, materials already purchased, and applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly with photographs and your order details.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, where required by applicable law. Return shipping for confirmed errors on our part will be covered by us.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for ordinary returns or changes of mind. Any refund approved as an exception or required by law will be processed to the original payment method.
