Welcome to Sanaa Bin Hussein Couture. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Designs

We specialize in custom couture, bridal gowns, Palestinian and Jordanian embroidered thobes, Moroccan caftans, and modest fashion.

Each custom order is created according to the design, measurements, colors, fabrics, and details agreed upon with the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing all order details before production begins.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders require an agreed deposit before production begins. The payment schedule and remaining balance will be confirmed when the order is placed.

Any requested modifications after approval may result in additional charges or production time. Such changes must be agreed upon before implementation.

3. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

This policy applies to both ready-to-wear and custom-made items.

Orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to changes of mind, personal preferences, or customer-provided measurement errors.

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the production stage and applicable law.

This policy does not limit customers’ legal rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products.

4. Production & Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on design complexity, embroidery techniques, and fabric availability.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

If an order cannot be shipped within the agreed timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.

5. Design & Fabric Details

Minor variations in handmade embroidery, fabric texture, and color appearance may occur.

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear in photographs.

We are committed to delivering garments that materially match the confirmed order specifications.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during ordering or before final confirmation.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which will be disclosed where applicable.

7. Customer Service

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, customers should contact us promptly with photographs and their order details.

We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Original designs, photographs, branding, and website content belonging to Sanaa Bin Hussein Couture may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
